A Simple Tuna Salad For a Summer Fresh Dinner

A super easy tuna salad recipe
  • about 500 g of canned tuna (I use those conserved with oil)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp of light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp of ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp of capers (drained and squeezed)
  1. Eliminate part of the oil from the canned tuna (it's up to your taste) and pour the tuna into a bowl.
  2. With a fork, cut the bigger pieces into small ones.
  3. Add mayonnaise, ketchup and cappers and mix it all until becomes creamy.
  4. If you have time, put in the fridge for one hour, otherwise, serve immediately with (toasted) bread.
